^Yeah... I guess that's as good as it gets. The blur to the side does seem a little strange... I'm kind of wondering why it's there. Every scanner I've ever had would not blur something like that. Even if I snapped a photo with a digital camera

I think it's as important as anything to get a nice version of this graphic out on the internet

Would look nice on the website, somehow somewhere...

While I can say this scanner I have is is kinda old, the blurry part on once side is the where the spine of the book is [I didn't want to rip out the page XD] I bet if someone wasn't graphically challenged [like me] they could edit it and make it look...better? ^^;

It's from the bigger SMT fanbook thing I have [the one with the different game cover arts on the front]. That might be tough unless I either snap the binding or pull out the page, but I'll give it another try...after work [I should be leaving soon too XD]. There's a few other demons and other character illustrations from a bunch of games.

I think we're all in different time zones and/or I'm not nocturnal during the week ^^; I noticed the article preview didn't seem to change whether or not there were <p> and <br> tags, but I'll add them in now that you mention it ^^; I have the scans uploaded on my PB if you need another source :p [I don't think they should've lost any quality because I change the upload setting to 1MB or less instead of the dimensions XD]

Aw, it's okay Emilio, English is pretty much wtf unless you're hatched learning it [and as a result, it is infinitely more difficult to learn any other language except for maybe German XD *is mono-lingual* ^^;] I just added a bit more info and changed the scans around, sorry for totally maiming your post [more info came out since after you left, lol]
And I think I need a wordpress faq XD so I know what I'm doing before I implode the news or something ^^;

I guess I was kind of thinking "pokedex" instead of "demonary" then :p Something that shows the demon, what game's it's appeared in and what it looked like, attacks it learns and if it evolves, and those compendium info blurbs too :p [yup, total pokedex XD but it would be very informative! ^^;;]

Oooh, yea, like that! Only I think it should have an attack list too :p [Hm, does Baal Avatar from Nocturne have any relation to the Bael in the former SMT games? ^^;]
Also, sorta related, but I can barely see those discussion links and stuff on the right side of the site; they're really bright. maybe put them in a more visible colour? It looks like signs of life on the site, but for some reason I never really noticed them until now, I thought they were the affiliate site list ^^;

And yes BoreS, that's the same chapter I was talking about :D I just thought there were more chapters availble in English though, maybe I have to start searching the 'net XD

Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey, the next title of the Megaten franchise, has been confirmed to be a game in development for Nintendo's portable console, the Nintendo DS. Megami Ibunroku Devil Survivor's success was a big hit, and appears to have inspired Atlus to develop their next game for the same console. This time around, Kazuma Kaneko himself will take the lead as the character & devil designer and producer. Other development team members include:

However, pictures speak louder than words; here are a few scans from the latest Famitsu magazine:

The story? You are a soldier enlisted as a member of a group of explorers [mainly scientists and other soldiers,] sent to investigate the dimensional rift at the south pole. There are 4 distinct crews in this exploration team, each in a different ship: Red Sprite No. 1's crew are the commanders; Blue Jet No. 2 & and Gigantic No. 4 specialize in battle, and Elves No. 3 are scientists.
In order to survive in this alternate realm, the scientists have created Demonica Suits; armor that improve abilities and can be customized. Allied explorers will also play a part in the story; you cannot win alone. Your interactions with your teammates will affect the progression of the story.

With approximately 300 demons, including some new designs by Kaneko never seen before, battles will be far from dull. These demons will be obtainable as allies mainly through negotiation and fusion. Allied devils will also be able to give you quests to find rare items, as well as perform combo attacks with allied or other teammates' demons.

The game will be released on October 8th 2009 in Japan; no scheduled release date is confirmed elsewhere as of yet. It will be a Nintendo DS first-person view RPG with a retail price of 6,279Y. No word yet on any "innovative" stylus/touch screen functions. This game does not have a "IV" anywhere in it's name, so this is not the "next-gen" SMT game fans have been waiting for, but looks to be a fantastic entry to the Shin Megami Tensei series regardless.

The teaser website is to be replaced by the actual official website soon, so be ready to visit once it's open to the public.

And I actually have a chapter from the Devil Children [Red/Black] manga translated to English. Apparently the first 2 books or something were translated [and made available through whatever the hell iirc is XD]. Haven't found the rest though, and I think the fan-translation site/sites affiliated with it are long since dead ;>> I'll try to upload the one chapter i do have if I can find it ^^;

Oh, I have a few figures that aren't there in the gallery; Barong, [Great] Pascal, Varna, Cu Chulainn & Ganesha. Only problem is I don't have a very steady hand when taking pics XD But if it would be of interest I could nab my dad's digital cam and see if I can come up with anything usable ^^;
