Atlus's press site lists the same date as Gamestop. July 24, 2007. Obviously it can change, but it is the official date as well.

What'd you delete Sayck? C'mon... heh heh.

I personally can't wait for this game since I saw the new trailer with some actual gameplay footage. I like the comic book styling and so far all the VA seems spot-on. Hope the same goes for the rest of the game. My first Persona! Gah.. -_-

Kind of odd if you think about it. You are excited, yet this Persona is radically different from the others. You can't really base your excitement on the previous installments.

Yes. I'm sure Persona 3 will be the first game of it's kind for many people. There are some fundamentals from the previous games though... setting is quiet reminiscent of the first game (and IS I imagine). Story is heavily focused around character development... Commu system seems like a really refined contact system... Yeah, I just hope it's not as half-baked as Devil Summoner.

Uh, no. Have you even played the first Persona game, or Innocent Sin? I'm guessing not.

I started the one of them because I tried to play it on my computer with a download but my sound card didn't support it so that's as far as I went. I mean, I've read the game scripts but yeah, I can't find the time or the game outside of amazon and eBay to actually play it. The games look fantastic but I've never got to them. I'm young, what can I say? One of these days, soon, I mean it. I guess I have to buy off the net.

I don't know how different Persona 3 will be from the others but I still think it looks like a fun game regardless of it's predecessors.

And I am a bit of a noob to some Atlus stuff but at least I'm willing to learn, just too busy at the moment. This summer I'll have all the time in the world. I like older games. *shrugs*

I've played all the stateside Persona games. Last time I checked, Persona only had one town and it did revolve around the life of highschool kids. City layout seem a bit similar too. I haven't played Innocent Sin, that's why I mentioned I "imagine" that it has some similarities.

For what I have seen, Innocent Sin, es very similar to Eternal Punishment, of course with some changes, but the battle system is the same. The only change I see in the battle system is the "contact system" because, you choose the topic you want the character to talk.

Signature under construction 'cause the last one died.

Does P# have a lot in the way of relationships with the other characters compared to the main? I mean, I'm sure it's nothing like SO2's ending and relationship system, but doesn't that have some merit in the Persona games?

The game practically revolves around your relationships with the other main characters from what I've understood about it.
