this game reception has been really good, on a forum I frequently visit, where I made the game's official thread, none has complained about the game and everyone seems to be really into it. I guess people are just too busy playing to sit down and write a review? ;p

this game is really something special. probably my favorite megaten game of the PS2 releases, I put it above nocturne myself makes me want FES even MORE :(

the only voice I'm iffy about is Ken's voice. specially when he says "oh crap" that doesn't fit his shy/timid personality at all, should have been something like "Im really sorry for that"

the rest of the cast is great, yeah at first I wasnt sure about the mysterious boy voice, but it grew on me same Fuuka's

I played the SNES version of SMT1 and it was awesome even tho it was bug hell, menus are also very sluggish and the interface is terrible. despite all that the game OWNS. if you decide to play SMT1 SNES pray that one of those gamebreaking bugs doesnt get in your way.

the whole segment with p3 felt off to me.

For example, there's a guy on the sports team who likes to put up a tough front. Even after one conversation you'll notice he doesn't like sappy responses. Choices are always followed with a "___ seems embarrassed, or ____ seems disappointed" or "____ seems reassured".

So, in this case, it becomes clear that you might tell him to "Suck it up" if he is moaning or that he can use your shoulder if he's too hurt to walk as opposed to you literally trying to pick him up.

none of his complaints bother me, lack of save points in the dungeon? that dude would've gone crazy playing Nocturne.

it's stupid that hard mode wasnt included in this version. oh well that wont really matter, 'easy' megaten should still pack more challenge than most games from other series.

I've known about this site for a long while. I think it was around when P3 got revealed back in 2006 that I first entered this site. so it's pretty cool I finally made an account here.

sounds great it's been awhile since I play a very long game and got very into it. hopefully p3 grabs me the same way nocturne did back then.

yeah I dont get why they went with that cover for the box, considering this game has a lot of cool art around.
