RPs would take far more people than this forum has now.

I'm pretty sure they already stated Fes would not be released, at least not for the initial release.

Jack Frost and High Pixie are a little outdated, try replacing them with stronger demons, at least for this battle. An archangel could be useful, for example.

Quoted from the other post.

Yeah, it would be a good idea to stock up on Chakra Drops like crazy now while you can. I'm pretty sure after a certain point you have to resort to the jewelry shop for MP items.

I don't have either.

I've forsaken handheld gaming since the GBA SP when I realized I could be playing better games on my PS2.
51  MEGAMI TENSEI™ Uncensored / Velvet Room / Re: Persona Portable! Lets do it ourselves! on: April 15, 2007, 09:07:20 AM
It would be more like:

"Hey man, your story for Persona suxxorz, I ain't gonna help you with it."
*leaves*

BOOM! Cult classic.

Not exactly right, but more accurate.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was cash-shop based; recent studies have suggested that they can be even more profitable than pay-to-play MMOs.

Do you guys mean to say this game is cash-shop based free-to-play, or that beta's over but there's a free period or something?

RMXP is an engine/game maker. The engine is only as good as the person using it. Of course there are tons of crappy games made with it, but you cannot deny that it's worthwhile when you get a game that truly sets itself apart.

Look at 5 Days a Stranger, made with the AGS engine. There are tons of crappy games made with AGS, but I can say that particular game (series) was extremely engaging and as creepy as any modern horror game.

That said, I have to admit this would probably never see the light. Only about 10% of announced amateur projects make it to the final stages, and only about 10% of those are truly good games. The fact that it would be a fangame for such an offbeat and unusual series makes it even more difficult.

For the PSP - highly unlikely.

For the PC - Possible, I'm thinking an RPG Maker XP project could work if enough people were willing to do it.

Ghostlight's been doing what they can for Europe, but I can definitely see how they're being shafted. DDS2 has been like impossible to find here for months and I'm not sure if it's even released in Europe yet.

Oh, I'm 16 btw.

Off-Topic Question: What is you "main character" named? Mine is Shingen (from the old Japanese hero Takeda Shingen) Onikaze (meaning, for those who don't know, "Demon Shadow" in Japanese). The nickname is Kaze (which means "Wind" also in Japanese). updown

Mine was nicknamed Sukkin. First name Sunshine, last name Evilkin. xD
58  Be Your True Mind / Digital Millennium / Re: Bust A Groove on: January 02, 2007, 05:05:42 PM
Y'know, this is a real coincidence, cause I just found Bust A Groove 2 in my collection and have no idea when the hell I got it. Played it, it reminded me of DDR but had different enough gameplay to get me hooked for a while. I keep losing at the robot's stage though. :/

Sounds pretty neat. I like the concept.

If I see this at my bookstore I'll pick it up.

-The Innocent Sin opening poem is by Heinrich Heine, so you may want to search for him and see if any of his other stuff would be fitting.

-I'd suggest just yoinking Velvet Room. As long as you don't make money from this I see no reason why not to, and it's a great song.

-All I know is it probably has something to do with transparency.

-In Innocent Sin, Jun is effeminate, yet he has a deep voice and is angered easily and tends to take things very badly. He seems to be a bit stereotypically emo as well minus the cutting. Deep down he is extremely kind and has great wishes and dreams.
