Gemini and Crew promise to patch Soul Hackers?!

Mercoledì, 20 Maggio 2009 by Emilio Morales at www.digitaldevildb.com

Despite never being made public until now, Gemini and Tom have announced that they have been working on a patch for Soul Hackers for over 8 months now. They haven’t said how much of the patch has been completed but they assure us that the game has less text compared to their last patch, Innocent Sin.

The patch will be released for the PS1 version of Soul Hackers, and they will probably give us an update soon enough referring to the advancement of this project.

Devil Summoner 2 in prima pagina

Giovedì, 14 Maggio 2009 by wolfzau at www.digitaldevildb.com

Atlus USA Reveals Devil Summoner 2 Deluxe Box

Giovedì, 23 Aprile 2009 by Emilio Morales at nijiko.wordpress.com

For all those persons who were asking “How am I going to receive my game and my plushie?” well the answer is clear, in a box but not just a regular cardboard box, you’re going to receive your game in the “ultimate SMT fan collectible” the deluxe box of Devil Summoner 2.

“The Ultimate SMT Fan Collectible”

People who have already a pre-order of the game you will get: The game; “Shin Megami Tensei Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon” (obviously), a Raiho plushie and both things will be packed in a deluxe box featuring the logo of the game and maybe art of the same in the back. So this is another good reason for you to be excited about May 12th.

If you haven’t made your pre-order by now, this would be definitely a good reason to do it as soon as possible, ’cause remember: “it’s only available in very limited quantities”.

Raidou vs. King Abaddon and ‘Plus’ Edition hits Japan

Venerdì, 1 Agosto 2008 by DevilRy at www.digitaldevildb.com

Kuzunoha Raidou vs. King Abaddon Kuzunoha Raidou vs. King Abaddon Plus

October 23rd has been set as the Japanese release date for Devil Summoner Kuzunoha Raidou vs. King Abaddon, the new installment in the Devil Summoner series. A limited release version subtitled “Plus,” will also be available and features an extra disc: “Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne Maniacs Chronicle Edition,” a new edition of Maniacs rumored to have Dante’s character replaced by Raidou. The regular edition contains a bonus soundtrack CD.

King Abaddon throws you back into the role of Raidou some years after the events in the previous game. This time around there’s over twice the amount of recruitable demons and up to two can be summoned at once. Demon negotiation has been brought back from previous titles and your demon companions are able to help you out in the process. You are even able to forge your demon partners into new types of weapons.

As of yet Atlus USA has made no announcement on a possible North American release of the ‘Plus’ edition of King Abaddon or of ‘Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne Maniacs Chronicle Edition.’

Amazon Marks Down Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner

Lunedì, 5 Marzo 2007 by Tony at www.digitaldevildb.com

Amazon usually winds up recommending things to me that I already bought, but on the plus side I can pass the information out to those less fortunate. Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner for the PS2 has been marked down from $49.99 to a nice $27.99. It’s unknown how long this price will remain (Amazon is known to put things like this back up to full price quickly), so go for it if you haven’t already.

Coincidentally, you can also pick up the official Double Jump guide for $13.59. Or, just buy both at the same time for $41.58.

Good deal.

Fredric Paul’s article touched off a discussion with some colleagues of mine, who agreed that Google abuses has become careless thanks to its “monopoly” with AdSense by (among other things) callously dropping AdSense participants for alleged click fraud without a reasonable appeals policy. A request for an explanation fell on deaf ears, and my colleague was left with the impression that Google “would have been more likely to work with me,” if it weren’t in such a strong position.
