The next Atlus localization project:

I like the steampunk design. It might be interesting... It looks like Armored Core with a RPG system and anime character design.

May fortune be with you.

This game was highly anticipated over at the Atlus boards so I guess their wish came true. I never heard of the game...the one game that kept coming to mind was Metal Slug and I know those two aren't related.

Yeah, I never heard of either of their new projects before they appeared on the main page. I don't really keep up on stuff in Japan as much as I used to. I'm actually more interested in Steambot Chronicles from what I saw of it, but who knows how good it actually is. Atlus has this weird penchant for releasing games that really just don't seem all that worthwhile (Samurai Western?).

Metal Saga is the sequel to Metal Max, wich aparently was quite a hit.
Isn´t Steambot Chronicles a part of the Robopon series?
And btw, I liked Samurai western!

I was one of those that was pushing for Metal Saga pretty hard over at the Atlus MBs -- I dig the post apocolyptic vibe of the series because it seems like such a departure from the fantasy norm......plus I love armored vehicles and tanks. :rambo:  I had heard very positive things about the series (which started waaaay back on the Famicom).  Apparently, Atlus had already been considering the title before we suggested it.  I don't believe Robopon is related to Bumpy Trot (Steambot) in any fashion.

Ah, give us a review on it whenever it gets released! :)

I really like the dog designs considering they have huge guns attached to them. XD I was really confused by some of the screens. I saw one with what looked like a cute frog race unless they have really neat mini-games in there as well.

There are indeed a few unique mini games to go along with the 800+ quests.

Wow, 800+ quests? :o Sounds very time consuming but I'm always up for longer games.
