So I got to thinking, it would be pretty cool to see some tattoos of the kanji for the Reasons. I tried looking them up, to minimal success--I found one for Yosuga that looked about right by the translation, I found one for Shijima that looked like it was just an alternate reading of the kanji 'ten' meaning "heaven," and Musubi I have had no luck in finding.

Anyone have the Japanese game, or screenshots, or Japanese knowledge enough to enlighten?

Tattoos of Kanji are ridiculously cliché. Furthermore, if I recall correctly, they used Katakana for the reason names, rather than Kanji, so there are no official, "Atlus-endorsed" Kanji.

BTW - I know that Oracle of Maya's English Script authors don't what it to be used for an actually IS english patch but... can GEMINI just screw them? It's illeagal either way so... why not use that translation since he has problems with the translators?

Show some more goddamn respect for the Oracle of Maiya team. If they don't want their work used in a patch, then it shouldn't be used in a patch.

Or, better, can anyone recommend a PSX emulator that allows me to take these screenshots myself? I have the game, but no video capture card with which to get it onto my computer.

You can use pSX emulator for taking screenshots. It's what I've been using, since it does a better job of rendering the graphics than ePSXe, and it doesn't take nearly as much time to set up. It should work, as I had been playing Eternal Punishment on it, and have taken numerous screenshots.

And I won't be seeing you guys at the new forums, though it pains me (sorta). Too busy there for my liking these days, but I'll hang around here still, to a point.

Yes. I'm sure Persona 3 will be the first game of it's kind for many people. There are some fundamentals from the previous games though... setting is quiet reminiscent of the first game (and IS I imagine).
