Yeah...I'd have to agree with aero on that idea.About starting your own SMT site...I mean telling someone to get off their ass and get it done already,doesn't really lead to better results.

I can only think of two projects that come to mind at the moment...that have been through this situation..
manga scanlation groups - we've seen the delays,staff members disappearing,putting the project on hiatus,etc.

private servers of working on MMOs - GMs delay releases in order to keep up with the official MMO itself,haven't gotten around to fixing glitches,still translating text,whenever the server goes down,the members are complaining,"Fix it! Fix it! Fix it! I need my FIX!!"...yet the admins never say a damn thing as to what the problem is...so it leads the members to think,the admins are sitting around doing nothing,etc.

These are what I've experienced,luckily,I have never been a staff member of any sort...

Except for modding on forums,but I'll admit..I was active as much as I could be.

Yeah,those sidequests are silly. But thanks for pointing out that NPC I found them after all.

Er,has anyone explained how auctions work? Atleast on this forum or on any of the Imagine sites...I'm curious as to how they work,I have tried to set one up....but my demon seller went away,and yet I still had my items in that one box under the Comm section,the last icon at the bottom.

Only time I've worked with auctions was on RO2,but that one was in english so I understood what I was doing,lol.

Well like I said,I don't pay attention to xplay so that's new to me,heh.

Yeah,why I never cared for what xplay has to say.I only listen to Play magazine or gametrailers.com.

Basically with xplay,and I quote my friend on this,with them they see it this way:

"It's not from Microsoft so we don't care".

In my quest list,I have a quest where I have to kill 5 pixies in the area outside of Third home....but it seems,I've had that quest on there for a long time,and can't remember who the client is who gave me this quest.

I've already looked at a japanese wiki,all it shows is what the quest is,the name of the client,what you have to do in that quest and what you get out of it.

From a translation from babel fish,the client is named "Curious DB".

I'm assuming they are in Third Home....but after running around,I've only found other npcs with DB in their name.

Kinda sad they showed him and now were trying to stomach this..

Yeah,that's how I see it too.It's like they threw in Aki just to "pick up" the series with how it's going,atleast from what I've been hearing. Don't get me wrong,pretty sure Aki showing up was going to happen sooner or later,especially with his voice being heard from the earlier episodes.

To me,even if you threw in other P3 characters...the question is,can the series continue to hold the  audience's attention with or without cameo appearances?

I used to do that,and still do every now and then...but the reason I pre order more often,is whenever I go to gamestop on the day of the game that is released..I really luck out,when it turns out to be the very last copy.Or it was one of those,as the workers there have told me before,"You got the extra copy because some other person pre ordered it,yet you didn't" type of thing.

Point is,in the area I live in....pre ordering ahead of time,will guarantee you will get it.I mean,I'm sure it's different at other gamestops.

Already pre ordered it a while back,think I did that while pre ordering Metal Gear Solid 4 as well.

What is it? I'm not entirely sure,but seeing as how it requires registration...I'm going to assume its another text-based game just like the Persona 3 one.What I find interesting,is they are using illustrations from Nocturne,y'know the walls with the little eyes in the holes.

Yeah,Emilio sums it up pretty well.

Take Nocturne and DDS,they have more of a dark,morbid, and it's the end of the world already atmosphere.

Sure P3 has it's dark moments,but it's not like through out the game,everybody is dead and the Shadows were running around the place,like how there are demons everywhere in DDS and Nocturne.
