Title: New "New" feature on front page... Post by: yksehtniycul on December 18, 2008, 01:45:29 AM I've added a new feature on the front page... it is the first item in the sidebar.
Btw, I'm going to change the date format as soon as I get around to it. Probably to "the <nth day> of <abbreviated month name>". Every time the new page is modified the link will change back to the univisited colour. Title: Re: New "New" feature on front page... Pretty much anything new that is published / happens to the website that isn't already a news item and is worthwhile should be time stamped and linked to on this page. News items are already listed newest to oldest obviously. As the page grows longer, you can add a <!--more--> line I think to break it up into multiple pages. If not that substitute some other word for the "more". PS: It will look different on the preview page than the actual page... until I can get around to selectively disabling some of Wordpress' post processing routines. |
