I'm in the process of restructuring the posts to display stats horizontally (this gives short posts a much smaller footprint)

I have a testing theme setup, but I thought I would just occasionally update the default theme so everyone could see how it's going.

I noticed signature uploads were broken. I can't find a way to fix them from the admin controls. I think they were working before I changed to the new url. I had to edit many paths, but that one isn't available via the interface it seems. Give me some time...

I just finished going nuts with the post layout.

I prefer it I think, but this is just the first round. It's a little too hard for me to follow for some reason.

Don't worry about your avataars for now. I think I have a plan to further economize white space by basically wrapping the text around the avataar. That way your avataars aspect ratio should be of no concern. 

I was okay with it at first...sort of.  But then I saw the quote function.

Change it back, plz.  For the mighty love of William Stryker and his Hand of Nimrod...change it baaaack!  :notworthy:

No they wouldn't...they don't leave big ass white empty blocks above the quote box...

Yes it would.

All I did after changing the layout to be like the original vbulletin forum, was make it so text can fill in that empty space. The basic benefit of this is for short posts.
