2.) You're only real bet is eBay. I personally don't own the PSX version and I don't know of anyone else here that does. Unfortunately I've only seen it on eBay a handful of times. You can try random Japanese import shops. A few of them do allow requests. I believe www.risingstuff.com might be willing to help you. They sell it used for around 20$, wich is pretty much the cheapest price that you can find. The shipping is expensive tho
