I hope I'm not the only one that thinks Raidou is one of Kaneko's best designs yet. I hope he'll be as cool as he looks.

I think pretty much every protagonist has been silent, so, it's probably safe to say Raidou will be silent, as well. Which is kind of disappointing, but at least this way you can't really hate him.

I've been following the odd bit of the Devil Summoner series here and there, and the concept seems pretty cool. I'm also a fan of the art style, it just seems to blend Nocturne with realism, almost.

I'm just hoping it gets a PAL release.

What I'm liking most about the game is really the art style in general. It's obviously using at least part of the engine in Nocturne and DDS, but the different texturing approach radically changes the feel of the game. It's going to be strange seeing some of these demons looking a bit more realistic.

I saw video of it awhile back and it certainly looks fast paced and entertaining. Hopefully it'll turn out well.

It seems that some old demons from previous devil summoner games will be ported in 3D for this game, it's cool.
Also, i wonder if they will conserve the Loyalty System from Devil Summoner 1, which consists of a degree of loyalty from your nakamas/minions. If they have 0/10 they don't listen to your orders and boycot you, it was pretty fun (but hard, because we have a lot of demons who need to up their loyalty but not enough items to did it).

Also, Akineko, a "famous" japanese doujin band just made a new remix, and it's the boss battle theme from devil summoner. Enjoy, I always loved Akineko's music : http://akihito.milkcafe.to/

What an amazing track!

Oh, I really hope they'll release the game in the US. It's a must.

This game will most likely make it to the US...I mean, SMT:Nocturne, DDS1&2...? They've got to give this one a chance.^^;

Anyway, the site has been updated. I find the newest wallpaper somewhat scary and funny. I like the expression that Narumi holds on his face...Tae's scares me but she looks cute.^^;

I must say that Devil Summoner: Kuzunoha Raidou, is a good game, it has a pretty good battle system, but what I miss a lot, is the tradiotional "Contact System" of all megaten games.

But at all, the game is pretty good, and it worth to purchase it.

Yes, the lacking of "contact system" is one of the major draw-backs of the game for me.
But overall, I recommend this game for newcomers want to know what MegaTen is about.

I enjoyed playing this title,mainly due to how you interact with your demons and how you can control them.Can't forget the gameplay either.

Also like Raidou's character design,and gotta Love Gouto,he makes a good sidekick.

Nevermind me. It wasn't a shot at you or anything. I was just supremely disappointed in DS KR.

I haven't played the game all that much, save for a few minutes of the Japanese version, but I liked what I played of the battle system. The game, at least, seemed a lot more appealing than Digital Devil Saga. I've yet to actually play any of the North American version [of Kuzunoha Raidou], though, despite buying it and the damn guide.

I probably liked DDS (I really didn't care for it much overall though) a little more gameplay wise, but DS KR seemed like it had a much more interesting story and setting.  I didn't finish Devil Summoner. The combat was way too repetitive for my tastes.

The battle system is enjoyable on some level, but it's really just not that deep. The demon aspect as well as weaknesses help veil the fact that your move set is remarkably small, but not entirely. I don't think the camera view helps matters much, either.

I like the game, but I'm not going to kid myself into thinking the battle system compares to, really, any other real time battle system in any RPG of note I can think of.

You do have a point about the camera view,I didn't like how it was fixed in one position.

It's my imagination or this game in Japan was called: Kuzunoha Raidou vs. The Army of Ultimate Power?

I got this game about 2 weeks ago and I have been playing it every chance i have got, I love it, but thats just me, I've yet to play the Lucifer's Call(Nocturne) and DDS fully so I might change my mind.
