Friday, July 20th, 2007 by Tony at www.digitaldevildb.com

We recently posted about GameAlmighty’s Persona 3 preview and now they have the full review up. The game comes out next week, so expect a flood of these… although if you’re reading this, you’re probably picking it up anyway.

Thanks to Tatsuya for pointing this one out.

Atlus’s E3 Booth

Thursday, July 12th, 2007 by Tony at www.digitaldevildb.com

Not the most exciting news in the world, but in case you were wondering what Atlus’s E3 set-up looked like there’s a glimpse of it in N-Sider’s E3 newsfeed. Unfortunately I can’t permalink to their live blogging posts, but here’s a link to the image.

If you’ve seen any other pictures (or have your own) feel free to share them.

Siliconera Persona 3 Preview Part 2

Thursday, July 12th, 2007 by Tony at www.digitaldevildb.com

Part two of Siliconera’s Persona 3 preview is now online. This portion is specifically concerned with combat and is an interesting read. Most probably know that it uses as modified version of the system first presented in Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne, although it also has its own unique nuances. Check out the preview for more information.

Thanks to Tatsuya for pointing the update out.

Official US Persona 3 Site

Wednesday, July 11th, 2007 by Tony at www.digitaldevildb.com

With E3 starting up, Atlus has posted the official US Persona 3 website. It’s pretty much in the style of the Japanese version, albeit completely in Flash. There’s some new wallpapers, video clips and other information if you want to check it out.

Shin Megami Tensei Online: IMAGINE Section Back Up

Monday, July 9th, 2007 by Tony at www.digitaldevildb.com

I managed to get the Shin Megami Tensei Online: IMAGINE section back up today. As of this post the screens page still needs to be added (and the banner has to be changed), but every thing else is the way it was. This includes the beta play guide, since I’ve been asked about that a few times recently.

If there’s something that’s changed since the beta or should be corrected, just let me know.

Revelations: Persona Section Up

Saturday, July 7th, 2007 by Tony at www.digitaldevildb.com

Our section for Revelations: Persona is now working properly. It contains the same information (and wallpapers) as it did on the last version of the site, so see this more as a catch-up moment than anything. If you have information you think should be added or expanded upon for the title, please feel free to contact us.

Most importantly, I’m looking for screens of the game… preferably without site logos on them. If you happen to have some you’ve taken yourself and you’d like to share them, it would definitely be appreciated.

Fredric Paul’s article touched off a discussion with some colleagues of mine, who agreed that Google abuses has become careless thanks to its “monopoly” with AdSense by (among other things) callously dropping AdSense participants for alleged click fraud without a reasonable appeals policy. A request for an explanation fell on deaf ears, and my colleague was left with the impression that Google “would have been more likely to work with me,” if it weren’t in such a strong position.
